Weight loss expert Jelly Devote has wowed Instagram users with her incredible transformation.
The young woman, who has over half a million followers on the social media site, looks much fitter and healthier.
The personal trainer advocates balance, but recently posted a message encouraging dieters to give up or limit a particular food.
The transformation, which took place over seven years, has seen her lose up around 4.7 stone, but the fitness fan no longer weighs herself.
She posted a before and after image and wrote: “Alcohol vs water, unhealthy vs healthy, unhappy vs happy.”
he claimed giving up alcohol has been one of the biggest factors in her weight loss.
The fitness fan wrote: “There is so many changes in how I look, how I feel, and how I live my life.
“I don’t drink alcohol often, I down my water and most importantly I’ve gone from hating myself to loving myself.”
She advocated balance, but also revealed ditching alcohol drinks had her feeling healthier and fitter.
She said: “I’ve now been ‘balanced’ since the crazy party nights in Bali and I’m feeling SO good again!
“Party life ain’t for me! I rather be in sneakers then heals, and rather drink protein and smoothies then sipping champagne.” (sic)
The trainer enjoys travelling the world with her partner and training her clients since her own transformation.
She also posts inspirational pictures to her followers.
Under another image she wrote: “Don’t let society or anyone else make you feel you need to look a certain way to be beautiful.
“I love the fact that we can do transformations like this if we feel like it, but also love just being what I am.”
Another women who lost an impressive five stone revealed her weight loss diet trick recently.
She told users on Reddit: “I’ve done a lot of different things over the years. Diet has always been calorie counting.”
“Restriction diets like Keto and such just never work for me.
“Workouts, I do everything from lifting weights to spin class to running!
“Pretty much whatever tickles my fancy. Currently I’m running Strong Curves and doing spin 3x/week and running 3-4x/week!”
