Steadily rising in popularity over the last few years, battling ropes might be something you’ve seen in your local gym or broadcasted as an intrinsic part of a celebrity workout regime.
The idea is that these thicker-than-average ropes are not only a fun new way to work in your cardio, but that the actions required to move them will more dynamically engage muscle groups all over the body. It’s a great way to work up a sweat at the same time you work out the entire body using one tool.
Use the slick side for carpets and the foam side for hard surfaces to improve a nearly endless number of exercises. It’s a cheap way to make motions like mountain climbers, lunges, and reverse crunches more effective and enjoyable to do, so you have fewer reasons to put exercises off. Leggings with built-in resistance bands

They might not be the most stylish thing in the world, but they’re one of the easiest and most inexpensive ways to get a workout in at home. I actually have this exact pair, and on the nights when I don’t want to bundle up and go to the gym, I put a movie on and work through some exercises with these on to keep myself productive. A foam roller
Foam rollers are crucial for increasing range of motion and mobility. It makes the short list of the best at-home exercise buys you can make, according to personal trainer Chris DiVecchio, because “more mobility means more muscle fiber recruitment, which translates to bigger and stronger muscles.”
